What are my payment options?
FlexJobs accepts various methods of payments including Visa and Mastercard.

Can I upgrade my FlexJob Membership?
Yes, you can upgrade your FlexJobs account at any time. Many employers start off with a Monthly Membership because they only have a short-term hiring need, and then upgrade to a 3-Month or Annual if their hiring needs increase. Members can upgrade simply and instantly from their online Account Settings under the Subscription tab.

How do I cancel my FlexJobs Membership?
It is very easy to cancel your account, and you can do it instantly from within your account at any time.
If you're a current Member trying to cancel your account, simply log in and go to the Account Settings > Subscription and select the option you would like to perform. If you do not see the subscription tab, check to make sure you are logged into a paid subscription. If you need help canceling your subscription, contact our Client Services team via email through feedback@flexjobs.com or by calling our toll-free number (866) 991-9222, or live chat, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MST.

If I cancel my account, can I restart my FlexJobs Membership later when I'm hiring again?
Yes, this is absolutely fine. Your account information will be retained for up to a year at least, so you can simply log in and get started again.

Is there a refund policy if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we absolutely want you to be satisfied with the quality of our service, so we do offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your membership starting. If you're not satisfied, simply cancel your Membership subscription from within your Account Settings and then contact us by phone, email, or online chat to request a refund. Please note though; the refund is a one-time only offer.
