One way to get started is to target your job search toward companies that are highly rated by their employees. In fact, workforce research company Comparably recently analyzed its data to find the highest-rated companies with the Happiest Employees.

Comparably’s list encompasses employers across a range of industries and was calculated by asking employees to anonymously rate their employers on topics that contribute to overall happiness at work. This included items such as fair pay, benefits, work environment, company goals, and relationships with coworkers, among others.

Given the added benefits remote work has on improving employee happiness and productivity, we compared this list to the FlexJobs database and identified 60 great places to work that have the happiest employees and are currently or have recently been hiring for remote jobs (great for digital nomads!)
